Website cannot be found.
Most common cause:
- the link on users desktop is taking them to an outdated version of the website
- type in the URL into browser
- if the computer autofill's to the old site, clear cache and cookies in browser
- once successful you can bookmark the site and edit the bookmark to take out everything after the ".com" to ensure you are always taken to the most current version of the site
